Returning your items is as easy as a new hairdo!

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you have up to 30 days from the original shipping date to log a return.

Items must be either unopened or only slightly used – just like you'd expect them to be in a salon – to be considered for return.

To process your return, our stylists may request to see your packing slip or shipping confirmation email. It's all part of our commitment to ensure you receive the best service possible.
